Guatemala El Fogon - Luckie Beans
A mellow Guatemalan coffee from Luckie Beans that we think works beautifully for an espresso. These beans have got the Strictly Hard Bean (SHB) certification, meaning they are cultivated over 1200 metres, this higher altitude cultivation results in denser beans with superior cup quality. The tasting notes in this one are chocolate and spice, with a pleasant acidity.
