Summer Banger - Cairngorm Coffee
There’s no sign of the sun returning any time soon but it might not matter because Cairngorm Coffee’s seasonal banger is back for the summer.
This season’s brew is a bright and refreshing blend of two Rwandan coffees from the Gisanga Washing Station in Rwanda’s Southern Province. These mixed process coffee beans combine washed and natural anaerobic lots which pull from the Bourbon plants of around 850 local smallholder farmers.
Vibrant and fruity but surprisingly versatile as both a lively espresso full of peachy acidity or a jammy filter, this coffee is ready to be a part of every coffee drinker’s summer lineup.
