Unit Fourteen Peru 1kg Big Bag - Round Hill Roastery
A big 1kg bag of Unit Fourteen, Round Hill's seasonally changing house espresso. This coffee has been roasted specifically for espresso, but is light enough to work well as a bold filter coffee.
Round Hill Roastery are always bringing something fresh to the table with their seasonally rotating house roast, Unit Fourteen, giving espresso drinkers something new but always keeping it sweet, balanced and chocolatey.
Just this year they’ve given us a Colombian, a Honduran and now a Peruvian. These coffee beans come from Round Hill’s long-standing partner Estrella Divina, a co-operative project of 27 smallholder growers in the San Ignacio region of Peru. Farmers here work at extremely high altitudes between 1600 and 2000MASL, individually pulping and drying their own harvests before sending them to the mill to finish processing, grading and sorted into brilliant blends like this one.

This coffee roaster focuses on single farm and single estate coffee allows them to create strong relationships direct with suppliers and bring truly unique coffee and complete transparency to their customers.
Round Hill roast their coffee specifically for either filter or espresso so they can bring out the best in their beans and their bright bags make things simple: blue for filter, pink for espresso.
