The Docks is a great intro to speciality coffee, it’s a blend which bridges the gap between old and new, embracing characteristics of the traditional coffee taste whilst embodying key principles of contemporary speciality production. This edition is a blend of coffees from Brazil, El Salvador and Sumatra that provide a natural sweetness and great body, expertly combined for the perfect balance.
The coffee that started it all for North Star back in 2013, introducing darker roasted commercial coffee drinkers in Leeds to the world of specialty coffee, it’s packed full of rich chocolate and nutty notes with a super buttery mouthfeel and a touch of orange acidity.
