Brazil Bom Jesus 1kg Big Bag - Fika Coffee
A big kilo bag of one of our favourite coffees for espresso. This direct trade Brazilian coffee roasted by Fika Coffee Roasters in Durham comes from Fazenda Bom Jesus and has a bright acidity, plenty of chocolate and hazelnut flavour, and a hint of maple syrup sweetness. This sweetness is a result of the coffee varietal Yellow Catuai and the natural process.
Fazenda Bom Jesus has been UTZ certified since 2006 and Rainforest Alliance certified since 2008, ensuring 100% traceability as well as environmental and social benefits.
The slightly darker roast profile of Bom Jesus makes for really reliable espresso coffee beans, perfect for dialling in on your home machine.
