Dawn Til Dusk, Colombia - Cult Coffee Roasters
Dawn Til Dusk is Cult's easy-drinking Colombian espresso roast, bringing rich chocolate almond and vanilla custard vibes with milk, and creamy raisin flavour when enjoyed without.
For this new edition of their classic tasting coffee beans, Edinburgh based Cult have sourced this lot from 40 smallholder female coffee farmers in Huila who contribute to an organisation led by Ana Gloria Rodriguez. This lot has been named ‘Gaviotas’ (seagulls), a reference to the image of the female coffee pickers, or Chapoleras, in their traditional white attire as they move across the farm.
