This Nicaraguan coffee roasted in Newcastle by Pink Lane comes from the Cooperativa Multifuncional 15 de Septiembre in mountainous northern Nicaragua. The cooperative structure in Nicaragua ensures that growers and the wider community are provided with social benefits as well as environmental training and also provides a central export processing mill which ensures traceability. This roast is beautifully balanced, with apple acidity and soft vanilla notes, great on filter or for a light espresso.
