Luz Maribel Chilatra and her husband Wilson Culma purchased their farm Mirolindo in the Tolima department of Colombia 10 years ago. Included in their 5 hectare farm, is a very special single-varietal Pink Bourbon lot which Luz Maribel tends to herself, producing outstanding lots like this one.

For Curve Coffee's second year working with the farm, they've selected this seriously juicy and floral washed coffee that's primed for filter brewing. Ripe Pink Bourbon cherries are floated to remove defects then left to rest for 14 days. The rested coffee is then depulped and fermented for two days before being washed twice and dried thoroughly first under full sun and then in mechanical dryers.
