Santa (Ensambles Cafes Mexicanos) has brought this one all the way from the Mexican state of Guerrero, where a group of indigenous Me’phaa women grow incredible coffee in Montaña Alta. In this region, most men leave the family home for more prosperous northern states, leaving their wives and daughters to look after the family and the farm. These 38 women are known as Las Guerreras and cultivate their coffee amongst native fruit trees on mountain forest farms. Their natural process coffee beans stand out in an origin that is dominated by washed coffees, bringing bold flavours of cocoa, almond and spiced orange that are  perfect for the winter months.
