Sip Snatcher, Ethiopia - Triple Co Roast

Guard your mugs, the Sip Snatcher is coming to Brew-ville. Triple Co's Christmas coffee beans are here, bringing festive flavours of satsuma, brandy sultana and cranberry.

What is that stench? It's fantastic! It's an incredible Yirgacheffe coffee from Ethiopia grown by smallholder farmers grow their beans between 1900-2200MASL. They've got Mount Crumpit beat.

Coffee cherries are delivered to the Idido Gersi washing station where they are carefully sorted to ensure only the ripest cherries undergo this special cultured natural fermentation. The cherries are fermented in sealed tanks with additional yeast cultures which help to enrich and quicken the fermentation. The cherries are dried on raised beds for up to 21 days across which they are turned frequently and covered during the hottest part of the day to prevent sun damage. An Ethiopian coffee that blends experimentation and tradition? It's enough to make your heart grow three sizes.

Get them before the Sip Snatcher swipes them!
