Night Jam Half Caff - Carter Coffee
This 50/50 blend of caffeinated and decaffeinated coffee makes a perfectly indulgent late afternoon brew, and with Carter in charge you know you’re not sacrificing any flavour.
The caffeinated portion is an anaerobic natural process coffee from Nicaraguan farm La Picona, bringing a rich chocolatey body and juicy cherry flavour.
The other half is El Buho’s sugarcane (EA) process from Colombia; a smooth and sweet chemical-free decaf coffee that really rounds out this blend nicely.
Carter might be Edinburgh’s new kids on the block but founders Danny and Sorley bring with them a wealth of roasting and brewing experience honed from Australia to Scotland.
A philosophy of craftsmanship, connection, technical expertise and relationships underpins their idea that the best coffee is better shared. Their offer list is picked with flavour first, opting for established farmers who value quality and innovation.
