Peru Chilcon Flores - Hard Lines Coffee Roasters
A brilliantly versatile Peruvian coffee roasted by Hard Lines in Cardiff that provides a big dose of juicy caramel in either filter coffee or espresso based drinks.This fruit-forward washed number is grown and processed by Roger Chilcon Flores and his family on his 3 hectares of land near the village of El Diamante in northeastern Peru, where protected forests and abundant natural resources make for an ideal coffee-growing environment.
What makes this cup really special is the extended fermentation period the cherries have undergone, which brings out some ultra juicy red berry notes.
