This coffee from Brazil is really special to roasters Crankhouse, who paid a visit to Henrique Dias Cambraia’s Fazenda Samambaia last year. Henrique is a member of SanCoffee, a producer group and cooperative with a dedication to sustainability, quality and transparency.

Fazenda Samambaia is an 1800 hectare farm of small plots that has been designed and planted with topographical mapping and GPS guidance to make mechanical harvesting easier. This meticulous planning alongside really shines through in these standout Brazilian coffee beans, which have undergone anaerobic natural processing with a fermented solution of sugar, water, and yeast to bring out sweet and bold flavours of golden kiwi, sultana and brazil nut.
