Elsewhere have given us this easy-drinking, sweet and comforting brew for the ones who’ve put away their summer clothes for another year.  Ripple brings chocolatey sweetness alongside plenty of stone fruit character and a hint of orange acidity to get you through the change of the seasons.

These Peruvian coffee beans  come from Finca Churupampa in Chirinos, Cajamarca. What started out as a family plot has grown into a network of 28 other local coffee farmers who the Tocto-Bermeo family help access the specialty coffee market and all its benefits. They offer practical agricultural support and encourage biodiversification initiatives including the use of organic compost and crop diversification for supplemental income.

This washed lot is part of their ‘Churu Blender’ - a large-scale consistent and approachable blend from all of the farms that work with Churupampa and is a key part of their initiative to provide price stability.
