Santa (Daye Bensa) has brought this one all the way from Ethiopia's Sidama region, where the Dukamo family run a specialty coffee programme centred around the Gatta Estate. Here, they process some of the best coffees from the region, which is covered in indigenous forestry. This honey process microlot stands out as the best of both worlds between the natural and washed coffees we usually see from Ethiopia, offering delicate blood orange acidity and spice
