Costa Rica’s Navarro Ceciliano family have over a century’s worth of experience in the coffee industry. All that shared knowledge and passion is poured into the Coffee Nace S.A Micromill, where the family- led by Jose Luis, Carlos, and Eduardo Navarro- process the coffee from their farms around Tarrazú.

The family focuses entirely on sustainably grown Caturra and Catuai varieties, with this lot coming from Finca San Cristóbal Norte, the family’s first farm. Natural processing was completed at the Coffee Nace Mill, where coffee cherries were placed on patios to dry and raked frequently- a process that takes around 15 days.
