Moinho, Brazil - Wood St. Coffee
Wood St’s easygoing coffees have been a big hit, and this one’s another clean and sessionable brew. These natural process Brazilian coffee beans come from Thalita Martins’s Fazenda de Moinho, a small estate in the Serra de Mantiqueira that she inherited from her uncle.
Still plenty of classic nutty Brazilian coffee character, but with some boozy complexity from the higher altitudes of this region that Wood St have opted to roast on the lighter side.
Specialty coffee roasters Wood St started life as a coffee stall in Walthamstow’s Wood Street Indoor Market and slowly evolved into a permanent neighbourhood fixture, bringing REALLY GOOD COFFEE to their corner of East London.

In 2022, Clare and Gareth Reid handed over the reins of the cafe and honed in on their roasting business, moving into a large unit in Saffron Walden, Essex to meet the growing demand for their REALLY GOOD COFFEE across the hospitality sector.
It’s in high demand for a reason: responsibly sourced, democratised coffee, carefully roasted with the core belief that anyone can brew great coffee if given the tools, knowledge and training.
