We’ve never met a single-origin coffee from Spaceboy that we didn't like. These Rwandan coffee beans are no different, bringing bright pomegranate and orange acidity alongside date sweetness and a warming hint of spice.

Musaza, named for the Kinyarwanda word for elder, is another great natural process lot from the team at Rwamatamu. This family run coffee farm and business have made it their mission to provide employment opportunities for women and young people in Rwanda’s Western province. At their station Mbare, Rwamatamu process their own coffee and the coffee they source from local co-operatives and smallholder farmers. The cherries are hand-sorted and dried on raised beds for 25–35 days, with shade nets used in strong sun and plastic covers for protection from nighttime moisture and at night or rain.

These beans work best with filter brewing methods, to maximise those fruit forward flavours.
