This Honduran coffee roasted by Round Hill comes from a really experimental lot that shows the strides the Central American nation is making into speciality coffee. To make things extra interesting, husband and wife duo Marysabel and Moises have processed this lot anaerobically, where the coffee cherry is fermented without oxygen and the result is an exotic and aromatic cup .
This coffee has been roasted specifically for filter brewing methods.
