El Diablo, Nicaragua - Hard Lines Coffee Roasters
El Diablo brings another souped-up easy drinking cup to Hard Lines’ coffee lineup. These Nicaraguan beans have been sourced from the cloud forests of the Cerro Datanlí - El Diablo Natural Reserve and show off the sweet dark choc flavour and fruity blackberry acidity that the Jinotega region is known for.
The producers who contributed to this washed lot benefit from abundant streams, lush vegetation, biodiversity and a steep mountain landscape- perfect conditions for coffee to grow. Farmers here typically produce mid-quality coffee on larger farms but these specialty lots defy those expectations; offering exceptional versions of that bold regional flavour profile that works just as well with milk as without.
