Fifth generation Brazilian coffee producer Diogo Dias oversees Fazenda Recreio, a 596 hectare estate that has been in his family since 1890.

Recreio’s location in the lush Vale da Grama provides it with fertile soil, good sun exposure and a mild climate that’s perfect for coffee cultivation and Diogo’s experience as an agricultural engineer has made the farm a model for Brazilian specialty coffee.

Diogo has refined farming, sorting, processing and drying, introducing environmentally conscious practices at every step and  ensuring this massive farm produces consistently outstanding coffee in a sustainable way.

This natural process lot roasted by Hard Lines features drought and disease resistant Brazilian cultivar Catigua. It’s ultra smooth and creamy with versatile tasting notes of cherry frangipane and hazelnut.
