With sweet nectarine and smooth vanilla flavour, this Peruvian coffee has been specially selected and roasted by Assembly Coffee for filter brewing.

We’ve got Griselda Nimia Rioja Tarrillo’s low intervention washed processing to thank for this clean brew. Griselda manages her family’s two farms El Barejon and La Piedra as well as their washing station in Perlamayo, Cajamarca. The cherries were rested for up to 40 hours, then pulped and fermented for 24 hours. The coffee is then washed twice and dried for around 30 days.

Assembly have sourced this coffee through exporters Falcon, who have heavily invested in the infrastructure of this remote region to be able to bring their coffee to the global specialty coffee market, and there’s still so much more to come from this region.
