These beans the Rwenzori Mountains take it a step further, using anaerobic natural processing to bring out even more of that rich cherry flavour and add extra syrupy depth to the cup, making it great for espresso brewing and juicy batch brews.

ALL CAPS have sourced this one through Agri Evolv, an importer who have set up their own processing and milling facility in Nyabirongo.  Agri Evolve was the recognised that farmers here had but lacked the means to harvest or process it. Now they are able to assess the cherries for quality, pay farmers directly in cash so they can invest in their product, and transport the cherry to their processing station.
