Yallah's house espresso moves around the coffee belt with the seasons and looks like we're going with them! This time they've returned to Adolfo Ferreira's Pico Mirante for a third year to show off Brazilian coffee at its best.  Adolfo has been managing this farm in Sul de Minas for the last 40 years. In this time the large estate has been modernised with sustainability in mind and Adolfo is proud to say that Pico Mirante is entirely powered by renewable energy generated on site, including new electrical pickers for this harvest season. Pico Marante has dedicated 70 of its 350 hectares to wild forests and has also planted a further 24 hectares to create wildlife corridors across the land.

Great for pairing with milk or drinking without, we're recommending this bag for espresso, but it'll make a satisfying Clever Dripper or French press brew too.
