Roble Negro, Costa Rica - Round Hill Roastery
This Costa Rican, grown at Finca Las Palomas, processed at Roble Negro and roasted by Round Hill in Somerset, is a winner for espresso. Plenty of apple with a chocolate body and a hint mouth-watering cola, this coffee stands up with or without milk. Finca Las Palomas has been in the Monge family since the 90s and is expanding year on year with new varietals, and their local mill Roble Negro is making waves for its efforts in sustainability.
The pink bag means this one has been roasted specifically for espresso, and it would be great with an Aeropress too.
