We're all about the exciting Brazilian coffees that get away from the classic chocolatey and nutty expectation. This one from Hundred House comes from Patricia Coelho, who manages Fazenda Santo Antonio alongside her son Pedro. Having taken over the farm from her father, Patricia has transitioned their product towards quality driven specialty coffee processing, with the 2025/26 harvest producing her first experimental microlots- combining generational farming knowledge with innovative new ideas.
