With Peru fast growing as an exciting coffee origin, here’s Hard Lines latest offering, named for the bright yellow tree that dominates the northern Peruvian landscape. This one comes from coffee capital Cajamarca on the Ecuadorian border and is full of crisp apple acidity balanced by rich chocolate and caramel body. With such a classic coffee flavour profile, this is a real all-dayer: make a big batch brew and keep sipping or churn out some beautiful espressos.
