Honduras Las Botijas - Hard Lines Coffee Roasters
Silky sweet and creamy with some notes of juicy peach, Hard Lines’s washed Honduran coffee Las Botijas is a real comforter. These coffee beans have been sourced from the Duron family’s farm in Comayagua, where José Abel Giron takes incredible pride in the growing and processing of their coffee and its success at the Honduran Cup of Excellence.
The family’s journey to growing high quality coffee has been fought alongside their challenge to break out of poverty. The support of specialty exporters has meant they are able to employ a dedicated team on site who ensure consistency from picking to processing while also helping the farm navigate an often unstable industry.
We are long-time Hard Lines coffee fans. Based in Cardiff, Hard Lines Coffee Roasters select and roast great coffee that’s been sustainably sourced in order to build long lasting relationships with their producers.
