A long-awaited new coffee from Girls Who Grind Coffee! These coffee beans come from Loma La Gloria in the El Boqueron crater on the slopes of El Salvador’s San Salvador volcano.

As ever with Girls Who Grind, there’s a special woman behind this lot. Anny Ruth Pimentel was never really interested in farming and saw herself as a roaster or coffee shop owner. She quickly realised that she had all the marketing skills to put her father's coffee farm Loma La Gloria on the specialty coffee map and began investing heavily in the mill so that she could export her own beans directly. Quality? Check. Traceability? Double check.

Anny specialises in honey processes for her Red Bourbon and Pacamara cherries. This Yellow Honey lot has just a little mucilage left on the cherry for drying that creates a cup bursting with sweet fruit flavour (no wonder it’s Anny’s favourite!)

Girls Who Grind have been looking to bring Anny’s brilliant coffee and innovative coffee thinking to the UK for ages and now she’s finally here! We recommend brewing this one up with a V60 or other pour over brewer to taste that delicate floral and bright apricot flavour.
