Iyenga AMCOS is a co-operative based in Mbozi, Songwe. Iyenga has around 292 smallholder farmer members who manage a range of local cultivars on plots of around 2 hectares. Their work is especially important in this area of southern Tanzania  where access to sophisticated processing facilities and onward export transfer is limited. Investment by exporters like Volcafe has brought a new wet mill and post-harvest quality control infrastructure so that Iyenga can consistently produce outstanding, origin focused washed lots like this one.
