This washed coffee was produced by Joselito Caruajulca Saucedo at his farm La Naciente in Cajamarca, where he benefits from the extreme altitudes up to 2350 MASL. Joselito implements organic fertilisers, structural pruning and careful shade management in his cultivation, and his commitment to thoughtful traditional processing and the long term health of his farm shines through in a final cup that is balanced, elegant and equally smooth on both espresso and filter.
