Finca San Jose - Crankhouse Coffee
Another very special coffee from Exeter based roasters Crankhouse Coffee. This natural coffee from El Salvador has been sourced from the Pacas family’s Finca San Jose and is full of prominent dried strawberry notes that sit perfectly alongside sweet toffee and a creamy body.
This Pacamara lot is a real testament to coffee cultivation in El Salvador: a hybrid varietal first cultivated in the country, grown on the Santa Ana volcano where Inga shade trees provide a cool and consistent microclimate for coffee plants so that the cherries undergo a slower ripening for sweeter results.
