Cairngorm have sourced this coffee, a mix of washed, natural anaerobic and and a red fruit co-ferment lots  from Colombian farmers Sebastian Ramirez and Jairo Arcila. 

These coffee beans are designed to be a crowd-pleasing but complex espresso that can comfort you through the long winter months. Expect candied orange and syrupy fig when drunk black, but with milk we’re getting pure cherry strudel and cream.
