Does exactly what it says on the bag, it’s a banger of a brew that’s perfect for the winter season. This festive blend from Edinburgh based Cairngorm Coffee is a bit of a wild one, combining a whole lotta honey processed Brazilian Gesha, with a dash of Colombian green apple co-ferment, and a little natural anaerobic Nicaraguan for good measure. We've been lucky enough to try all of these coffees individually over the last few months so this is a super exciting blend for us and feels like a fitting way to end the year.

This expertly combined blend of coffee beans is designed to be a crowd-pleasing but complex espresso. Drunk black, expect chocolate body and prominent green apple notes, but with milk we’re getting pure apple crumble and cream.
