This washed coffee comes from second-generation coffee grower Maria Escobar Gaspar, who meticulously manages her own farm and mill in Huehuetenango and works closely with all-woman producer group Jovemcafe. If you enjoyed Cairngorm's previous Guatemalan roast Primavera, you're sure to love this one.
