Finca Buenavista, Colombia - ALL CAPS Coffee
We couldn’t resist another one from Jeisson Fabian Ortiz’s Finca Buenavista. This innovative young Colombian coffee farmer is only in his fourth year on his farm in Huila, but that’s clearly been long enough to earn a stellar reputation.
With just four acres of coffee producing land Jeisson has a real focus on quality and experimentation, nurturing exciting single variety lots like this washed Pink Bourbon which is worth every bit of the hype.
ALL CAPS’s roast is vibrant and complex with pomegranate, rosehip tea and brown sugar on the menu.
Chester-based ALL CAPS coffee have been supplying the North West and beyond with beans and brews since 2021. There's a reason ALL CAPS are popping up as a guest roaster up and down the UK, they pride themselves on tasty coffee backed by transparent sourcing, roasting up their carefully selected lots on a Giesen roaster, keeping the distinctive qualities of each coffee intact.
While everything we've tried from ALL CAPS has been delicious, we'd be lying if we said it wasn't the fun, psychedelic branding that pulled us in.
