They're renowned for energetic wines which use minimal or no sulphur to enhance the clarity and freshness of the traditional grape varieties they grow.  

Slightly hazy in the glass, this Sauvignon Blanc/Chenin Blanc blend is packed with moussey, gentle bubbles and clean flavours of sweet peach, green apple and blossom that melt away to a bone-dry finish.
