A silky dram with a lingering finish, this single malt Scotch whisky distilled at Tobermory spent its final 18 months in an Amarone barrique for tasting notes of dark chocolate cherries, rooibos tea, biscotti.
This full bodied and perfectly balanced whisky drinks older than its 8 years. Unkiltered are calling this batch a winter warmer- the ideal bottle to cosy up with this winter.

Unkiltered are a family-owned independent whisky bottler founded by Scottish siblings Luke and Anna Patience. They source high quality whisky from distilleries around Scotland, handpicking each batch to be completely unique. Every release in the Unkiltered range comes from a single cask, each selected with different wood finishes and length of maturation, and is bottled when it has just the right balance of character and taste.
Unkiltered are forward thinking in their ideas of tradition and in their attitude to sustainability. Their whisky is bottled in 100% post-consumer glass (hence the green tinge and occasional imperfections), their corks are made from pioneering CorkCoal and they don't use presentation boxes.
