Izuba Washing Station purchases coffee cherry from over 2000 families who farm in the surrounding hills. This lot features coffee from growers on Mugoyi, separated out for traceability and quality differentiation that is continued at the station where they operate an extensive quality control process. The natural processing of this lot is bringing lots of syrupy body and texture that works seamlessly with classic Burundian stonefruit flavour.
