Torch Coffee are a pioneering producer and educator in Yunnan, the heartland of coffee in China. They’ve been working closely with farming communities to develop their coffee both on the farm and in their lab, offering training in agronomy, processing and tasting. At their core is the idea that they don’t want to change Chinese coffee, but want to help produce coffees that really show off the unique character of Yunnan.

This experimental natural lot features a 30 day anaerobic fermentation period that really brings out those big fruity and boozy flavours that contribute to the overall body of the cup.
