Full-bodied, rich and punchy, Kickback’s signature darker roast is here for the people who just want their coffee ‘strong’.

This season, they’ve sourced Eclipse from two Nicaraguan coffee farms in the Jimotega region. Around half of Ricardo Cuadra Fajardo’s Finca Los Altiplanosis classified as native jungle and his coffee grows under the shade canopy that this provides. Juan Rizo is the fifth generation of his family to run Finca San Ramon where he runs a programme of renewing the coffee trees which become less productive and more susceptible to disease as they age.

This washed lot uses 100% Paraneima from both farms, making use of this varietal’s balanced acidity and mellow sweetness for a coffee that excels both with and without milk.
