In the wise words of Zara Larsson, summer isn’t over yet.
Hard Lines’ latest coffee beans provide a healthy squeeze of mango juice and lemon zest that gives real tropical IPA vibes when brewed with pourover methods and also a sweet and well-rounded body that makes a rich and boozy espresso.
This coffee comes from Uganda’s Rwenzori Mountains, where importer Agri Evolv have established a buying centre in the town of Maliba. Here they assess the cherries for quality, pay farmers directly in cash and transport the cherry to their processing station in Nyabirongo to be sun dried for up to three weeks.
