A silky smooth brew that really sums up Girls who Grind’s mission. These sweet and versatile Colombian coffee beans have been produced by three brilliant women producers from the Huila region. Contributing their hard graft to this washed-processed lot are Aydy Ortiz, Lorena Munoz and Stefany Martinez, all united by their passion and technical expertise in growing coffee.

All three farmers bring something different to this special blend. Aydy's farm La Lomita is testament to a life dedicated to coffee, second gen producer Lorena's coffee is grown on her sustainable farm El Aguacatel alongside fruit and vegetables, while young farmer Stefany brings experimental flair to her growing and processing.

With a rich chocolate body, caramel sweetness and sharp raspberry acidity, this well balanced coffee works well for both espresso and filter brewing, but we've got big Aeropress dreams for this one.
