Fazenda Lavrinha has a 150 year history of agriculture in Brazil’s Cerrado Mineiro. Beatriz Souza Guimarães is the fifth generation of the family’s farming legacy and the president of their business. The Guimarães family have only been growing coffee for around 15 years, but have used their farming experience to produce stand out lots and show off the unique terroir of the Serra do Salitre. They’ve also invested in extra processing infrastructure that separates cherry into smaller batches to process each cherry in the most suited way.

This lot, roasted by Girls Who Grind Coffee, has undergone anaerobic natural processing that balances sweetness, complexity and vibrancy in a cup packed with zesty lemonade, juicy pineapple and creamy macadamia.
