ACC Pink Bourbon, Colombia - Curve Coffee
This Colombian coffee from Curve comes from members of ACC (Association of Coffee Producers of Central Cauca for Peace), a group founded by Robinson Rivera with the intention of improving coffee quality while fostering peace in a region still affected by guerilla violence.
The 77 members of ACC cultivate small lots of coffee around the town of Piendamo and are encouraged to experiment with coffee processing techniques, all with an understanding that adapting to the market can further benefit its members.
This bright and lively single varietal washed coffee is a great expression of the popular Pink Bourbon varietal; a juicy cup with sweet lychee and redcurrant tasting notes.
