Tomas Gamano, Ethiopia - Cult Coffee Roasters

Fresh in and fresh tasting from Cult Coffee. These single-farm Ethiopian coffee beans were cultivated by Tomas Ganamo on his farm in Bombe, Sidama.

Until 2018 Tomas sold his coffee cherry to a local mill, but his desire for greater quality control and the competitive market in Sidama saw him open up his own mill where his coffee has gone from strength to strength. His 6 hectare farm sits at 2090-2200 MASL and follows a regenerative approach, with intercropping and organic farming promoting biodiversity and soil health.

This lot showcases naturally processed Ethiopian heirloom varieties, with juicy and clean tasting notes of apricot jam and florals.

Cult is an Edinburgh based cafe and roastery who've been promoting an ethos of fun, inclusivity and sharing from their converted vennel since 2014. These values have carried through into their roasting, sourcing high quality seasonal focused coffees to share with their community. Cult roast separate espresso and filter roast profiles to enhance the qualities of the coffees they take care to source and to optimise them for your preferred brewing method.
