Choccy Block Tropical - Carter Coffee
Club TropiCarter drinks are freeeeee. All the indulgence of Carter’s crowd-pleasing favourite Choccy Block with some fruity flair and a good dose of booziness.
Bringing the sunshine to this tropical cocktail is an anaerobic natural lot from the Coffee Yard in Uganda’s Sironko region. This super fruit forward mango and citrus flavour comes courtesy of Ugandan coffee guru Norman Mukuru and his head of quality Maria Kirya.
All of this is perfectly complemented by Choccy Block’s classic Brazilian lot from Cocatrel Cooperative in Três Pontas. Chocolatey flavour with a creamy body that makes this one a great starting point for exploring the fruitier side of specialty coffee.
Carter might be Edinburgh’s new kids on the block but founders Danny and Sorley bring with them a wealth of roasting and brewing experience honed from Australia to Scotland.
A philosophy of craftsmanship, connection, technical expertise and relationships underpins their idea that the best coffee is better shared. Their offer list is picked with flavour first, opting for established farmers who value quality and innovation.
For now, they’ve been popping up all over the UK, building their community by getting their beans brewing on coffee bars up and down the country. They've quickly made a big name for themselves, but they’ve got even bigger plans for 2026.
