We’re feeling the love this year and dipping our toe into the world of Valentine's Day coffee. We got a little sneaky peek of this banger at the Cairngorm roastery and it was love at first sip.

For this year’s edition Cairngorm are rekindling their relationship with Colombian coffee producer Alexander Vargas. Alexander is a renowned farmer from Huila who began following in his parents’ footsteps at the age of 15. Since then he’s taken the family tradition to new heights with exceptional processing and quality, rare single varietal lots like this Red Bourbon that feels very appropriate for the 14th February.

This standout natural process lot was selected by importer Primavera for their Arcoiris (rainbow) series, which highlights vibrantly fruity, sweet and unique coffees. It’s juicy with raspberry flavour and love heart sweetness and has plenty of rich dark choc body so you can save spending on the Valentine’s chocolates.
