We’ve always got to have a juicy Colombian coffee from ALL CAPS - sorry, we don’t make the rules. This time we’ve gone for these expressive coffee beans bursting with pineapple and berry sweetness from Jermy Pedraza’s Finca La Joya.

Third-generation producer Jermy’s farm sits around 2000MASL in El Convento, Nariño. At La Joya Jermy has perfected the balance between tradition and experimentation, using meticulous processing to enhance the brilliant quality coffee plants that he cultivates. This lot is made up of Caturra, Castillo and Colombia varieties which underwent a natural process with a five day period of anaerobic fermentation and an extended 10 day drying time to really boost that jammy flavour. 

Definitely one for a tropical filter or a bold and fruit-forward espresso.
