Another outstanding Pacamara coffee from El Salvador and a great example of why this variety is so highly regarded in the country. This one was grown by William Díaz at Finca Los Pesotes in the Chalatenango mountains. William is a relatively new producer whose first specialty microlot coffee showed great potential at El Salvador’s cup of excellence. He receives support from Tierra Bendita’s BioKrop project to improve his coffee with biodynamic farming practices including biofertilisers and organic compost that help enrich the soil on his farm.

A smooth, silky final cup with well-rounded plum and raspberry flavour and lots of characteristic Pacamara sweetness that’s been further enhanced by natural processing. 17 Grams have roasted these coffee beans to work well with all brewing methods, making it a great option for both espresso and filter brewing.
