Wild, joyful and brimming with unmistakable coolness, Hot Girl Summer is a rosé wine from Fernando Barry’s Château Baby Girl label. This bottle is a field blend of 11 (ish) varieties from vineyards in the Catalunyan Penedès region including Xarel Lo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Macabeu, Chardonnay, Malvasia, Garnatxa indigenous grapes from Clot de les Soleres.

Exuberant pink wine is matched by pink grapefruit and rhubarb on the nose, flavours of bright wild berries and a farminess that is true to the rustic origins of the natural wine trend.

Organic grapes (both white and red) hand harvested and foot pressed before infusion with direct press juice of Chardonnay and Macabeu and fermented with indigenous yeast in stainless steel.

We’re calling this one a rosé, but its light red hue and hint of skin contact might throw you off. Whatever it is, this is THE wine of the summer.
